Sector Opportunity: Ottawa-Based Textile Collection Business & Assets for Sale

The National Association for Charitable Textile Recycling (NACTR) is sharing a new asset and business acquisition opportunity within the Canadian textile diversion sector.

An established textile collection and donation bin operation based in Ottawa, Ontario, is currently available for sale. This turnkey opportunity is on the market due to the serious illness of a business partner.

The owners are highly flexible and open to discussing a full business sale, partnership opportunities, or asset purchase arrangements.

  • Charitable organizations looking to expand their collection footprint
  • Donation bin operators
  • Exporters or used clothing wholesalers
  • Entrepreneurs looking to expand within the circular textile economy

Included Assets & Inventory

The sale encompasses all operational assets and equipment required to run the business immediately:

  • Collection Bins: 8 currently deployed clothing recycling bins, plus 39 brand-new, undeployed bins ready for placement.
  • Inventory: Approximately 500 sorted bales of clothing inventory, alongside roughly 20 tons of unsorted clothing inventory.
